Alladin promises to provide you with the best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery partner. Just proceed with your order and let us do the rest.
- Next day delivery of our fashion items within Nairobi. This applies to any orders confirmed before 2:00pm on business days.
- For all other regions, Alladin strives to deliver your product within 7 business days.
Tracking my order
You can track your order in two ways:
-By clicking on the 'track your order' link given in your order confirmation e-mail
- Through your account. This can only be done once the order status reads complete.
1. Go to theAccount Dashboard link and click on it.
2. Go to that specific order and click on View Order.
For all products, our customer service agents will inform you of the expected delivery timeline when confirming your order. In case you face any difficulty, you can e-mail us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0791888881.
Making payment means accepting the delivery. Therefore, it is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal, reject and send them back with the same driver (this can only be done before opening the package). Should you wish to return such products, you will have to follow the return process as defined in our return policy.
Single Product Return Policy (Per Item)
Can I return this product?
You can return this product for a refund, within 10 days after receiving your original order. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted product and place a new order.
How to return this product?
You can request to return this product online log in to your account, on the left menu select on My Orders select the order id. The product id should look like “#10000000” (This is just a sample order id, please use the one provided to you during the checkout process) if you checked out as guest, check for the order details in the e-mail used during the checkout process, please ensure to use the correct e-mail address during the checkout processes, after which do get in touch with the customer to help you complete the process.

What are the required conditions?
Please see below conditions for your return request to be accepted:
- product must remain sealed, except if the product is defective or damaged
- product is still in its original packaging
- product is in its original condition and unused
- product is not damaged
- product label is still attached
- product is complete
The products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by our driver or you have dropped it off at a pickup station. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so make sure they are properly taken care of prior to the return!
What are the next steps?
Once your return request is done, we will contact you to arrange retrieval of the product. You will also have the choice to deliver yourself the product to one of our pickup Stations.
Once the product retrieved, we will proceed to examination.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you without refund.
- If examination is conclusive and conditions respected, we will proceed to refund you within a maximum of 14 business days post retrieval product.
